1. Acceptance of Orders
Purchases are made subject to availability. In the event that a certain product is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and either offer an alternative or a full refund if a payment has been received.
2. PricesÂ
ADS Medicare reserves the right to change the price of any good without notice. Additional costs that are applicable in certain contexts such as sales tax or duty will be added to the price. For the sake of clarity, the VAT is added to the product price. This clearly shows how much VAT the customer is paying. All prices are quoted with the current VAT rate. For U.K. and EU orders VAT will be charged at the going rate. However, orders placed outside the U.K. and EU will not be charged VAT
If the customer is exempt from VAT, they must provide a validated certificate when a purchase is made. Valid documentation can either be sent to us via info@adsmedicareltd.co.uk or alternatively this can be done using the live chat. Once we have obtained the documentation we will send you a revised invoice for your purchase.
3. Orders
We will dispatch your items within 24 hours once your payment has been cleared (excluding bank holidays and weekends) unless explicitly stated in the listing otherwise. ADS Medicare will ensure that all orders are delivered within the agreed timeframe.All domestic orders are made through the Royal Mail and all international orders are made through Royal Mail, DHL, Fedex or UPS.
However, if ADS Medicare is unable to meet the timeframe agreed then this is not considered a breach of contract nor will ADS Medicare be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses accruing to the Customer. Any delay in delivery is not sufficient grounds to cancel the order.
ADS Medicare reserves the right to charge additional postage if the cost is higher once the order has been made. The order will be shipped when additional postage is received. The customer reserves the right to cancel the order and obtain a full refund if he/she is unwilling to pay the additional postage costs.
If a delivery is more than 14 days late then this is sufficient grounds for a cancellation of the order and a full refund. The customer has no other remedy in respect to late deliveries. ADS Medicare is not liable to the customer for any delay in delivery due to events beyond the control of ADS Medicare. A reasonable extension period will be granted to the delivery time and ADS Medicare shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting to the Customer thereby.
4. Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order either because the product arrived damaged/faulty or the customer is not satisfied with the product. Returns will be accepted providing that the product has not been used and is returned in the condition it was delivered. A return will not be accepted if the customer fails to notify ADS Medicare of any damage within 3 days of the delivery. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being rejected. Please notify us when the item has been posted back to us.Please note that returns postage will be paid for by the buyers unless the item arrived faulty/damaged. In this instance ADS Medi Care will pay for postage.

ADS Medicare reserves the right to amend or change any of the information on the site.In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical error, ADS Medicare has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. In the event that payment has been accepted then it is found that the information is listed incorrectly, then a full refund will be issued.

7. Warranty
Orders are processed in accordance with the current brochures displayed on the website. There is no warranty for any particular good unless explicitly stated on the website. In the event that at a product is defective or damaged upon arrival then ADS Medicare reserves the right to repair or replace the good rather than processing a full refund.
8. Carriage Charges
Any orders that are not made to mainland U.K. will incur additional costs such as Duty, Tax etc. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying any products.
9. Proper Law
These Terms and Conditions and any orders processed through ADS Medicare shall be governed by the laws of England and the Customer in making an order submits to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These Terms and Conditions will supercede any conditions made by the Customer. As such the onus is on the Customer to be knowledgeable of these laws. Customers should not rely on any correspondence made by staff of ADS Medicare because they do not form part of any contract or collateral contract.
